Many of Edgar Cayce’s predictions have already come true, making him one of the most accurate seers of the modern era. Cayce, aka. the Sleeping Prophet, correctly predicted the stock market crash and Great Depression of 1929 as well as WWII and the assassination of the Kennedy Brothers. Here is a list of the most plausible predictions Cayce made for 2017 and beyond:

Prediction #1: Changes in Europe

Edgar Cayce predicted that a large chunk of Europe will be changed drastically – that is politically, economically and culturally speaking. We are already seeing an upheaval in Great Britain over the recent Brexit from the European Union. As well, the economies in Greece and Spain are not at their best.  And with the threat of terror looming, it seems quite possible that this Cayce prediction could come true.

Prediction #2: – Atlantis Discovered in the Bahamas

The city of Atlantis will be discovered near Bimini, the westernmost district of Bahamas. First geologists will find healing powers in the waters off Bimini and quartz crystals will be recognized for their healing properties to uplift, empower, and synchronize many types of energy. That will get geologists the boost they need to keep digging.

Prediction #3: Archaeological Discoveries

Cayce also predicted that there will be 3 life-changing archaeological discoveries of a very ancient and important nature after 2016 that will change the way we understand humans and where the come from. Cayce believed that this will occur when humanity reaches a higher level of spirituality.

Prediction #4: Russia/US Allies

During the Cold War, Edgar Cayce predicted that Russia would one day be an ally of the United States. He stated: “…for changes are coming, this may be sure — an evolution or revolution in the ideas of religious thought. The basis of it for the world will eventually come out of Russia. Not communism, no! But rather that which is the basis of the same as the Christ taught — his kind of communism.” The two nations are still at odds over political and moral views….hopefully one day they will put aside all their differences for the greater good.

Prediction #5: Japan Going Into the Sea

Japan will eventually go into the sea. Land will appear off the east coast of America. Considering that our entire world was a Pangaea hundreds of thousands of years ago, this Cayce theory is also quite plausible.  As well, Japan has had a long history of earthquakes and seismic activity and that may also cause its Land to shift. The most recent one hit on November 21, 2016 and measured 7.2 on the Richter scale. The previous one was in 2011 and measured 9.2 on the Richter scale.

Prediction #6: World War 3

Cayce also predicted the possibility of a THIRD World War. He spoke of strifes arising…”in Libya, and in Egypt, in Ankara, and in Syria; through the straits around those areas above the Persian Gulf.” I originally thought it referenced the Arab Spring protests and revolutionaries, but the phrasing of Cayce’s predictions said otherwise…we may see more upheaval.

Prediction #7: City of Gold in Gobi Desert

Cayce finally predicted that A “City of Gold” will be discovered in the Gobi Desert. The Gobi Desert is a vast, arid region in northern China and southern Mongolia. It’s known for its dunes, mountains and rare animals like snow leopards and Bactrian camels.
